- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆May 10, 2019, by Joana BaughGreat customer service at first, they said they were able to fix our appliance. We dropped it off waited for a call that never came. We stopped by a couple of times and were told that they had not had a chance to look at it but would give us a call. After a week we called , they didnt answer instead sent a text message asking us what we needed. We asked about our appliance, they sent back a message asking us to pick it up and letting us know they couldn't fix it. I was disappointed in their follow through, it was a waste our time.
